BPRD Offers Low-Cost Fitness Passes for Residents

Staff Report / Bendlocal.org

The Bend Park and Recreation District (BPRD) has announced a new opportunity for local residents to access fitness facilities at a low or no cost. The organization has partnered with popular insurance programs including AARP Renew Active, Active & Fit Direct, and Silver & Fit to provide fitness passes.

With these passes, users can enjoy unlimited access to fitness centers, virtual classes, lap swimming, and drop-in water fitness classes at Juniper Swim & Fitness Center and Larkspur Community Center. The passes will automatically renew for the year 2025 on January 1, unless changes are requested.

Individuals interested in updating their information or enrolling for the first time can complete an enrollment form available through BPRD. More details about the insurance-reimbursed passes can be found on the BPRD website at www.bendparksandrec.org/fitness-swim/facility-fee-pass-information/#fitness-passes-through-ins.
