New Deputy Commissioners Sworn in for Long Beach

Scott Kemins has been sworn in as the Deputy Commissioner of the Long Beach Fire Department, and Dave Fraser has been appointed as the Deputy Commissioner of the Office of Emergency Management. The swearing-in ceremony took place with attendance from City Council Vice President Chris Fiumara, Councilmen Michael Reinhart and John Bendo, Fire Commissioner Joseph Miller, Police Commissioner Richard DePalma, and Inspector Michael Corbett. City Manager Dan Creighton also participated in the ceremony.
