Coastal Bend College's Dental Hygiene Assistant Professor Abbi Pena, along with students Emilia and Regina, appeared on Domingo Live yesterday morning to discuss healthy dental habits in preparation for Halloween. They emphasized the importance of returning to good dental care practices after indulging in sweets. The college's Dental Hygiene Program provides weekly clinics offering services such as dental cleanings, x-rays, oral cancer screenings, and fluoride treatments. These services are performed by student clinicians under expert supervision. Appointments can be made at the CBC Dental Hygiene Clinic, where quality care is available at little to no cost.
