Balance Workshop: Prevent Falls This Friday!

The Larkspur Community Center in Bend, Oregon, is hosting a workshop titled "Balance & Awareness – Why We Fall & How to Prevent It" this Friday, October 18, from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m.
Megan Daly, a Certified Health Coach and Vestibular Physical Therapist from Daly Balance, will lead the workshop. Participants will learn about the three balance senses and strategies for maintaining balance throughout daily activities. The session aims to help attendees recognize factors that contribute to falls and how to prevent them.
