Scranton Public Library in Scranton, PA reports that close to 70 raffle baskets were donated this year. This total is the highest since Swingin’ on Vine began 14 years ago. Tickets for the raffle can be purchased online during Memorial Day Weekend. Winners will be announced by May 28th. One of the basket prizes includes a $50 gift certificate from Ale Mary's at the bittenbender.
