The Pure Barre studio is hosting a free workshop titled "Breaking Down the Barre" on December 8 at 2:00 PM. This workshop aims to provide participants with a deeper understanding of the Pure Barre technique, enhancing their workout experience.

The session is suitable for both new and returning members. Participants will learn techniques including terms such as tuck, pulse, tone, down an inch, bend, stretch, up an inch, squeeze, lift, and burn, which are essential to the Pure Barre method.

Space for the workshop is limited, and interested individuals are encouraged to reserve their spot at the front desk or online. Kaedie, the instructor, looks forward to seeing attendees and helping them improve their performance in other class formats.
