**Harris County Constable's Office Arrests Suspect for Assaulting Elderly Woman**
On October 14, 2024, deputies from Harris County Constable Mark Herman's Office were dispatched to the 16000 block of Pebble Bend Drive after receiving reports of a disturbance. Upon arrival, they identified the individual involved as 62-year-old Robert James, born on July 24, 1961.
Investigations indicated that James assaulted a 75-year-old woman, resulting in pain and visible injuries. He was subsequently arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, facing charges of Injury to the Elderly. At this time, his bond has not been established, pending a decision from the 232nd District Court.
