Free EMS Leadership Training Available for All NY Providers

The Finger Lakes Regional EMS Council, Inc. in Geneva, NY, is offering a free leadership training program for EMS providers across New York State. The program, titled "Stepping Into EMS Leadership," is designed for individuals aspiring to enhance their leadership skills in the EMS industry.

Thanks to a grant from the Southern Tier Health Care System, all EMS personnel can participate at no cost. The training will be conducted virtually and is led by Lisa Giruzzi and Robbie MacCue, co-founders of the EMS Leadership Academy.

The sessions will include key leadership topics such as effective leadership foundations and expanding leadership capacity. Participants will also engage in interactive activities and discussions to enhance their learning experience and network with peers.

The training sessions are scheduled as follows:

- October 7: 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.

- October 10: 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.

- October 15: 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.

- October 17: 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.

- October 28: 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.

- October 30: 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.

Follow-up sessions for continued support will occur on:

- November 7: 6:00 p.m.

- December 5: 6:00 p.m.

- January 9: 6:00 p.m.

- February 6: 6:00 p.m.

- March 6: 6:00 p.m.

- April 3: 6:00 p.m.
