Wanted suspect arrested after assaulting deputies
WANTED SUSPECT ARRESTED AFTER ASSAULTING CONSTABLE DEPUTIES
Spring, Texas — On February 16, 2026, deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office conducted a traffic stop in the 14700 block of Mueschke Road, according to Harris County Precinct 4.
The driver was identified as Denevia Bradshaw, who had an active warrant with the Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office for assault. While being detained, Bradshaw resisted arrest and violently assaulted deputies, kicking one deputy in the head and striking another in the face and head, the office said.
Constable Mark Herman said Bradshaw was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for two counts of assault on a public servant and the assault warrant. She is awaiting bond from the 351st District Court.
Bradshaw, born Oct. 30, 1991. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
