Students Conduct Hands-On Surveying at Coastal Bend College

Coastal Bend College students from the SRVY 2341 Engineering Design Surveying Lab participated in a hands-on surveying exercise on campus last week. The exercise was led by Professor Jack W. Young. Students involved included Dayla Barrientes, Tatiana De La Cruz, Joeylee Garza, and Nicolas Kyle. During the fieldwork, they practiced using surveying instruments such as the rod and level to survey points on boundary lines and contours.
