The 2024-25 Student Voice Council has been formed in Bend-La Pine Schools, Oregon. This leadership group is made up of students from all seven high schools in the district. Their role is to collaborate with peers and present ideas on policies to the Superintendent and the Board of Directors.

Recently, three representatives from the council attended a Board meeting held at La Pine High School. The representatives included Elliot DeMartin, a senior from Realms High School, Chloe Grissen, a junior from Caldera High School, and Ben Schnur, a junior from Realms High School. They were accompanied by their new advisors, Ami Zepnewski and Steve Wetherald.

The Student Voice Council aims to engage with their communities and contribute to the school's decision-making process.
