The Larkspur Community Center in Bend, Oregon, has announced the addition of new fitness classes for October. The updated schedule offers a variety of options for those looking to enhance their fitness routine, whether during lunch or after work.

At the Juniper location, the following classes are available:

- Core de Force on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:15 to 1:00 p.m.

- F.I.T on Mondays and Wednesdays from 4:20 to 5:20 p.m.

- Cycle on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.

At the Larkspur location, participants can enjoy these classes:

- Bliss Dance on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.

- Winter Sports Conditioning on Thursdays from 4:45 to 5:45 p.m.
