The City of Bend, Oregon reports that Century Drive will be closed between Donovan Avenue and Taylor Court for construction of the City's first Mini Roundabout. The project, part of OSU-Cascades master plan, will begin on September 9 and is scheduled to be completed by November 15. The closure is necessary to raise the intersection around five feet. During the eight-week closure, a detour will be in place along Simpson Avenue, Columbia Street, and Colorado Avenue. Drivers are advised to plan for alternative routes during this time. The City of Bend thanks residents for their patience during this construction project.
