At Albany High School in Albany, New York, students in Colleen Multer's Business Math class took part in an interactive financial literacy lesson on Tuesday. Guest presenter Michelle Lavoy from First New York Federal Credit Union led the session.

The lesson was set up similarly to the board game The Game of Life, with students randomly drawing cards that detailed a job title, marital status, number of children, annual salary, monthly paychecks, and loans. Using the information from their cards, students completed a budget simulation worksheet. They allocated funds for housing, transportation, groceries, savings, and retirement based on the details provided.

Albany High School also released 11 new photos from the event.
