Geneva Library Launches Tai Chi Classes for All
Geneva Public Library in Geneva, NY is offering tai chi classes open to all skill levels. The library provides two sessions weekly for participants who want a gentle way to move, stretch, and improve balance. The Wednesday session at 2:00 pm focuses on a gentler practice, while the Friday session at 10:30 am features a more vigorous 24-form tai chi class. The Friday class is held in the Community Room. No prior experience is required for either class.
