**Cold Weather Shelter Opens in Sarasota County Tonight**

Sarasota County officials have announced that a cold weather shelter will open due to an anticipated drop in temperatures. The shelter will be located at The Salvation Army of Sarasota County, 1400 10th Street.

The shelter will be open tonight, January 23, and tomorrow, January 24, starting at 5:00 p.m. This will allow residents in need to escape the cold weather in a safe and warm environment.
