Harvest of Sound Event Celebrates Musical Talents

AUBURN, NY – The Harvest of Sound event was held successfully at Holland Stadium on Saturday, hosted by the Auburn Vanguard in collaboration with US Bands. Eight schools participated in the competition, showcasing their musical talents.

During the event, the Vanguard recognized its alumni and honored its senior members.

The results of the competitions were as follows:

- In Group II, A Class, Jordan-Elbridge secured first place with a score of 76.8 points.

- In Group III, A Class, Phoenix won with 83.4 points, followed by LeRoy in second place with 75.6 points, and Auburn in third with 74.5 points.

- In Group IV, A Class, Jamestown took first place with 75.6 points.

- In Group III, Open Class, Corning Painted Post was the winner.

- In Group IV, Open Class, Liverpool received first place with 83.9 points, while Cicero North Syracuse came in second with 82.6 points.

- In Group V, Open Class, Baldwinsville achieved first place with 85.5 points.

The day was a celebration of musical achievement for the participating bands and the Auburn NY Music Boosters, the Vanguard, and other contributors were acknowledged for their hard work and dedication in making the event a success.
